A method/system under development that allows players to remotely play a miniatures game against each other using a webcam controlled by a 3rd party referee/GM.

Miniature Games are definitely a distinct genre. If you have trouble calling your playing surface a MAP and you are sticking a little man on that surface it belongs here.
