Miniature Games are definitely a distinct genre. If you have trouble calling your playing surface a MAP and you are sticking a little man on that surface it belongs here.

Just uploaded to my site "Wargames Medford Oregon" My first Beta DTP, Gross Jagersdorf. I'm shooting for the kind of simple old SPI quadish deall that plays a couple of time in an evening.
Ya caught me at just the correct time. I was working on the 1/30 French ligne and the 2/3 Duchy of Warsaw ligne, got a case of the Ivebeensittingtoolongs and checked email. Voila!!
BTW I've switched my methodology a bit. I start about a dozen figures. Get the basic uniform done and then do the finicky bits on a figure by figure basis. I combine the Poles and the French cuz the basic uniform is the same [ie. white trousers, blue jacket]. Not really in a hurry to get either done.
I agree if there's no miniatures forum we should start one...

The Steelers used an onside kick today, and almost snatched defeat from the jaws of mediocrity too. It's a big reason why Roethlisberger could throw for 500 yards and still need the last play of the game to win, by one point.
Hold the line by Worthington games. A GREAT simple revolutionary war game, similar to Command and Colors, but uses Action Points instead of cards. You can move any unit you want with your points. (Similar to Conflict of heroes)
