January 23, 2010 from 9am to 9pm
They are potluck meal events; if you can give me a heads-up on what your dish is, I will have a vague idea of how many people should be there. If RSVP's get a bit better, it will improve from 'vague' to 'general'. :^D Bring the games you like; also…

Yes the cloth star field map is great. I had one a long time ago and it worked wonderful with this game, the only problem we had was finding my pit vipers which had a starfield camo paint job. One would all most always hit the floor when we went to…

I've done Battletech and Memoir'44 and Battle Cry solo this month. The latter two are neary no-brainers as all you do is roll dice and play a card each turn. Battletech seems to offer more but can still turn into a dice-fest.

You have to be an absolute piece of crap, with no respect for history or decency, to pull off this crime: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8423827.stm My only joy is that the five semi-humans who committed the crime were caught, along with what t…

The Steelers used an onside kick today, and almost snatched defeat from the jaws of mediocrity too. It's a big reason why Roethlisberger could throw for 500 yards and still need the last play of the game to win, by one point.

Hold the line by Worthington games. A GREAT simple revolutionary war game, similar to Command and Colors, but uses Action Points instead of cards. You can move any unit you want with your points. (Similar to Conflict of heroes)
