Warren - I'm a bit of a data junkie. I own a bunch of Jane's books from the 80's - great fun. Do you want to see if we can get people to share resources and data?

Warren I have not read that one yet. Can you send me the ISBN and I'll add it to my want list. VOTG is awesome. Totally different strategy required than you would use in RB. Distances are smaller and the Russians really pack a punch.

You going to be at the Expo this year? What are you planning on playing? Delete Comment

Warren, great to have you on board! And I must say I am a huge fan of Wellington's Victory myself. I never got to Struggle of Nations but I hear it is quite good.

This is a cdg based on the game Twilight Struggle. It also has a battlecard system similar to We the People. It's a free game that you can download here: http://social.consimworld.com/profiles/blogs/final-1989-rules-cards-and-map

My guess is that 34R1 overrides the parent section 33L4. 34R1 states "A friendly naval unit may attempt to detect any enemy naval unit that is within its Surface (or Sub-Surface, for submarines) Detection Range. The player announces the detection ...
